- Completed training on manual lathes and mills (operation, setup, controls, and production), and advanced multi-axis CNC (some basic programming that is required for set up and operating, levels of G-Coding)
- Blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T), technical math, metrology, and inspection.

- Dial calipers, OD micrometers, ID micrometers, depth micrometers, telescoping gauges, height gauges, surface plate, dial indicators, gauge pins/gauge blocks, thread inspection tools, optical comparator.
